Mission Statement

The National Crime Reduction Council is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public interest law firm committed to prison inmate advocacy and and prison system reform for the purpose of advancing and improving the lives of those serving time in prison.
Our goals include
Lowering if not eliminating crime and lawlessness by promoting prison education programs, vocational skills training and in resourcing post release employment opportunities for inmates.
Decreasing tax burdens by redressing unlawful administrative rules, regulations and judicial rulings unfairly prejudicing and incarcerating blacks and Hispanics, including removing support for illegal aliens receiving taxpayer funded financial incentives.
Eliminating California’s unlawful sentencing schemes by exposing clear evidence of conspiracy between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government in seeking increased countenances in order to expand the prison industrial complex and enrich themselves in the process.
Exposing the Pay to Play political corruption and bribery schemes in California causing thousands to unlawfully serve enhanced prison terms. We intend to document and expose the political corruption behind the unlawful schemes promoted by our government servants as well as promote prison sentencing reform.
